Considering the Tourist Settlement Petalon in Vrsar?
A VT member wrote the following comment about visiting Vrsar:

View from the top of the bell tower, another remain of the city wall, with crenels and an attached defense tower. In the background, the impressive yellow building should be the kastel, which used to be the residence of the bishops of Porec. On pictures taken a few years ago, it was in poor condition, showing it's stonewalls. It has been recently renovated, the walls coated and painted in bright yellow.
