Hello!
We are planning to go to Rab with bycicle (Is it possible to bike on the bridge from the main land?). How hilly is it? We want to go through the Island, and then catch a ferry to Pag Island. How is the traffic in the main roads? Does people bike on those?
I'd also like to know, if we go there without reserved accomodation will we be able to find one (at least a Camping or a room just for a night).

Okay, that cycling from main land question is for KRK, sorry.

Could not find any info about crossing the bridge with a bike. This site is Cro portal for all kinds of outdoor activities, cycling too. It's in Croatian only, but maybe you'd like to ask them some of your questions (emails under KONTAKT).

Getting private rooms shouldn't be the problem through either local tourist associations (usually located in town centres) or online.

Not sure about Krk-Pag ferry line, but there is one between Krk (town Baska) and Rab (town Lopar):

Sounds complicated, but it's not ;)
It is a total Aromatherapy experience to have a brake under lavish greens of the Komrcar Park just near town of Rab, where you can see laurel, poplar, cypress, Indian fig-tree, rosemary, and even one unconventional trio of polar-tree, Mediterranean pine tree and a century old agava growing close to each other.
The park is criss-crossed by paved pathways, and there are tables and benches on many locations with lovely views over the bay.
I laid my towel & listening to Moose on my walkman; watching people. Watching their activities.
When I took these photos, I was beng careful not to included any human beings in it. I didn't want to 'disturb' their style of living.
That's why you could see rocks in front of the photos ! Beyond the rocks, you could see naked people. Not much comment to make actually if you have seen naked people before.
If you haven't, well...please look at yourself naked in the mirror.

I love this photo ! I managed to capture the sea colours from on top of the St. Ivan's tower.
If the previous photo was taken towards the inland, this photo was taken outwards to the sea. Amazing huh ?
