There are no hotels, motels, campgrounds... on Susak. So unless you want to sleep on the beach you'll have to rent a room or an appartment from a local. There are no many rooms/appartments to rent, so be sure you make your reservation a month or two before your arrival.
We chose the beach. Very comfortable and a fantastic view LOL
