Laguna Hotel Zagreb

Large and comfortable hotel a short tram ride from the city centre and just over the road from the NK Zagreb stadium.
No problems encountered here, everything worked - a decent 3* hotel.
Good buffet breakfast included in the price.
Happy to stay here again.

Directions: Trams 3, 9 and 12 all pass a couple of minutes walk away, Badalicva is the stop.

this was a nice clean hotel with many facilities, towels were changed daily.
the shower is hand held though and not for tall people, i stand at 5' 7" and could just stand without having to slouch over. the breakfast was large buffett style, including chocolate pudding and cakes.
two women sharing a double bed at this establishment was not felt as an issue.

Directions: the hotel is located just down the road from the sports stadium. tram 9 or 12 during the day, its 3 to 4 stops from the centre. there is also a night tram that stops near the hotel.

Not a bad hotel. Good price and godd breakfasts. Pretty Central with good tram transport links from close to the hotel.
Very obviously an ex-communist block hoterl. Lacks atmosphere and sound seems to travel through the hotel easily - very aware of other hotel guests. Baths are very small - you could sit but not lie in them.
Still good value as clean, central and cheap.
