From 80 Cyprus Pounds and up, depending on type of room and meals A nice hotel, with lots of amenties including great beach! The staff were outstanding, very helpful, with lots of great tips and ideas for a good holiday. They have several different types of rooms, the one I stayed in was a garden suite. Reasonably priced and you can choose between B&B, Half Board and Full Board. They also provide different bus tours that are very well priced, and are well worth it!

We stayed at the Nissi Beach hotel (we had a package) which is a 4stars hotel, luxurious, with a tropical garden, a big swimming pool and all the necessary amenities.
Cyprus is definitively not a cheap place to go !!!

Accommodation in Ayia Napa falls into three categories:
1 Very Posh: These are mainly out of town a bit with many of the better ones being clustered around the beautiful Nissi Beach. Perfect for families and the beach obsessed, who wouldn’t be into Ayia Napa’s nighttime scene. Don't forget your credit card!
2 Tired and clean but central: Quite a few to choose from around the centre of Napa. Expensive for what you get, but dead central for those 5am exits on your hands and knees from the clubs. Clean and safe.
3 Grotty and mid priced: The chosen accommodation of cockroaches, students and those intending to spend their holiday in blissful drunken oblivion. Normally right beside the clubs and not for the discerning or faint-hearted! That being said for those on a tight budget, there are all the cockroaches you can eat. Plenty of protein and nice and crunchy too.

We stayed for 7 nights in August 2009 and had breakfast and dinner included.
First things first: the room. The good - it had a nice size balcony, comfortable beds and the shower was fine. The bad - they charged extra for air-conditioning (6 Euros a night), the room wasn't cleaned on two of the days that we stayed there.
The food: the food in the bar was absolutely fine and didn't cost too much more than in the surrounding restaurants (fried breakfast was about 6 Euros and in most restaurants about 5 Euros). The breakfast included was from 7.30 to 10.00 and was also absolutely fine (if you can get up that early!). It was a buffet selection with the typical components of a fried breakfast, plus creal, fruit, pastries, cheese and toast and jam on offer. The dinner included option was from 7pm - 9pm and was accpetable, but in no way exciting or memorable. It was also a buffet and there were choices such as scampi, mousaka, potato wedges and lots of watermelon every day.
The guests: mostly Brits and Russians. The Brits living in the appartments and the Russians in the hotel rooms. While we were there nearly everyone was polite and respected the fact there were some families staying there and kept the music volume down after 11 (sadly, there was one group of Russians who did not do this and could be guarenteed to have music blaring out at any hour of the day or night).
The pool: cleaned every day, reasonable size, L-shaped so it was possble to avoid water games going on in one part, lots of lilos that had been left behind by previous guests lying around for anyone to use - no complaints.
Location: Absolutely great - It's right in the centre without being on top of the loud bars. Ayia Napa beach was just behind the hotel (this is cleaner, although not quite as beautiful as Nissi beach), the main sqaure and nightlife is about 5 minutes walk away and the harbour also about the same distance.
All in all, I'd say this hotel was fine. I thought it was a little cheeky to charge for the air-conditioning, though.
We loved it all !

I have just returned from a 2 week stay at the Nissi Beach Hotel, where I also got married on June 28th.
It was wonderful.........
We were lucky enough to stay in a beachfront suite which was fantastic. The Hotel made our stay so special - flowers and champagne on arrival, more flowers and champagne left in our room when we returned after our Wedding ceremony, breakfast in bed and MORE champagne the morning after the Wedding and a fantastic candlelit meal in the hotel restaurant with champagne and a very attentive waiter just for us. The staff in the hotel really do make you feel special. I felt nothing was too much trouble.
The hotel location is fantastic, right on a beatiful sandy beach with shallow, clear, warm sea - ideal for our 3 year old.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone, especially for a Wedding.
Great wedding

We have just returned from Nissi Beach hotel where we were married on the 22 may 07, what can we say the hotel staff and grounds are beautiful. Yes this is a wedding hotel so if you dont want to see weddings dont go there, we made the correct choice in booking this hotel and not the Adams beach which has about 5-6 conveyor belt weddings a day.
Nissi beach was so friendly the gardens are beautiful the staff cannot do enough to help thanks go to Frank the wedding planner Nicos who accepted our booking Marios the hotel wedding planner and all the staff.
I would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone who is wanting a stress free wedding in beautiful surroundings.
Hotel is well situated for the town about a 30 min walk or a £4 taxi ride it has several restaurants close by Applebells and valentinos well recommended as is the Odyssos bar great welcome from Andreas.
Rooms clean food excellent
Absolutely Fabulous, will definitely be back in 2008!!!!

We stayed at the Nissi Beach hotel from 20th June this year for 2 weeks, getting married there on the 28th June. Prioir to our arrival, Marios, the wedding co-ordinator liased with us by email to ensure that every thing was in place for our special day, enabling us to have a totally stress free time once we arrived.
We were upgraded to a beach bungalow with the most amazing views. After 4 days, all of our family arrived (37 of them in total) and the hotel staff made them all friendly, doing whatever they could to ensure that the holiday was enjoyed by everyone within our group, from the age of 70 to 5 months!
The hotel is in a fab location, not to near or far away from Ayia Napa centre and is set in beautiful grounds (that make the wedding pictures just perfect!) The entertainment was good, from singers and magic shows to tradditional cypriot dancing. We ate out quite a lot as we had only booked bed and breakfast and there was plenty of variety within a very short distance (2 min walk)
Would seriously recommend getting married here as it was totally stress free and the day itself was just amazing
The hairdressers in the shop were fab, the beautician was lovely. The rondavel beach terrace was well worth paying the extra for as it provided a private venue for all of our guests, set in the most beautiful of surroundings, right on the beach! The food provided at this reception (BBQ buffet) was lovely aswell and there was something for everyone
We will definitely be back here for our first wedding anniversary! Cant wait!!!!
Holiday to remember

Where to start;........
The surroundings in which the hotel is are fabulous, from the hotel gardens to the beach! the hotel environment itself is gorgeous, the reception and bar areas are immaculatly clean and well presented, the staff are all very helpful and friendly and then there are the kids animators who are a godsend to keep the littlies occupied and take them away from the daily routine of pool;/beach whilst the parents have a bit of free time soaking up the sun.
Also dont be put off should you think this hotel is too close to ayia napa as it is approx 30 minute walk to the heart of it all where the pubs come alive at night and close whilst we were having breakfast. It really shouldnt be tarred with the brush of being in ayia napa as nissi beach area is a resort in its self.
I normally like to try out different holiday destinations each year but with Nissi Beach we have truely found a resort and hotel that we would quite happily return to year after year.
We hope you enjoy it was much as we did.
I would certainly be happy to retrun
