Acapulco Beach - ideal for families

When my sister's family come to visit me in North Cyprus, they always stay at one of the Acapulco's 'deluxe' bungalows rather than in the centre of Kyrenia with me, so the kids have plenty to do, sister can build her tan on the beach, her hubby can enjoy the watersports, and I get to do all the driving! (Thanks, sis!) They book direct at the hotel's web site www.acapulco-cyprus.com - cheaper than me driving over and making a reservation in person, believe it or not.

Unique Quality: The Acapulco Hotel has got plenty to keep kids and parents happy; a swimming pool with its own waterfall, kids club, sauna and Turkish bath for Mum and Dad, open air disco (teenagers love this - sister's kids are a bit young), and of course, that spotless 1km beach of golden sand right next to the hotel, so no worries about having to walk to the beach for miles. (No nasty surprises of tidal rubbish or seagrass here either.) If you prefer a bit of privacy, do opt for one of the bungalows in the grounds rather than the main hotel itself. Price quoted below is per person for two adults, 2 kids sharing a bungalow in July 2008. (Bit confusing as bungalows are actually priced by the week, not by the person.)
