A dry red, gently matured for a subtle, mellow flavour. Delicate enough to be drunk even with chicken.
Salamis
Mellow and smooth,with a distinctive,and distinguished, bouquet and character.
Afames:
From the Afames mountains on the southern slopes of the Troodos. A full-bodied, beautifully balanced red, rich in bouquet and character.
Othello:
A wine to rank with the finest reds. It has a palate-filling flavour and a smoothness to suprise you.
Kolossi:
Named after the Templar's headquarters castle near Limassol. It has a gorgeously full taste and a good, firm character and bouguet
Sanctuary Of Apollo Hylates ...

Another of the major archaeological sights on the island. From 8BC to 4AD this was where the cult of Apollo found their spiritual home. Part of the temple has been reconstructed and excavations have found baths, pilgrim halls and a holy precinct.
KEO Winery Tour

KEO is the largest drinks manufacturer on the island. In the space of about half an hour we were shown the cellars of the heavy sweet Commanderia, where a third of each barrelful is retained as the mana or mother ferment for the next cycle. The tasting session proved to be a wonderful opportunity to familiarise ourselves with Cypriot wine types.
