Great Location

I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights in February. We were in a triple room and the room was big perfect for 3 adults, moreover the third bed was a real bad and not a cot.
Room was very clean and if you want they change towels every day.
You can regulate central heating's thermostat as you prefere.
In our room there was a programmable strongbox.

Buffet breakfast was included and it was really abundant and there were food for everyone preference. In particular I suggest sweets, delicious!

Unique Quality: Great location! The hotel is very central, but it's in a quiet road.

Bargain Price and Great Location

The Central Hotel, Rybna is a bargain. We have stayed here twice for four nights, £37 per night. The location is excellent - 5 mins from the old town square and the main shopping street is round the corner.

5 mins from Old Town Square

From the outside the hotel looks nothing special but we found it ideal as a base close to the Old Town Square. The rooms were clean and tidy and ample for our stay which was 3 days and we have booked to stay there again this time for 6 days. The rooms all have televisions but no drink making facilities and there is no bath should you feel the need to soak your feet after a long day walking round only a shower. There is also a safe in every room which you set your own code for.

Unique Quality: The hotel has a very nice art deco bar and dining area which we found was a great place to relax with a drink after a long day seeing the sights.

Real central in Prague

Hotel Cental is middle of the town. So from this hotel you can go everywhere in Prague. You don 't use a taxi for to see all the sights of the town.

Decent and cheap

It's a basic enough place, but more than adequate for any average person's needs.
Nice room, clean bathroom.
Good breakfast buffet and small bar for a swift one.
Very reasonable prices too.

Unique Quality: Very central to sights and nightlife.

More about Central Hotel

Rooms in Prague

by Ben-UK

I booked a room with a Czech family, very close to the old town, through AVE a large accommodation service with its main office in the Prague Central Railway Station. They rent private apartments all over Prague and also book hotels.

Very friendly, cheap and central hotel

by cas_twemlow about Andante Hotel (3*)

This is on a side street just off Wencenslas Square in central Prague (closest Metro station - Museum). The staff were very helpful, accommodating and spoke great English, the room was clean and a great size, the breakfast both mornings was leovely (cold buffet and a hot selection), and ti wasn't expensive.

I left my diamond earrings in our hotel room, called the girl on the front desk once we were at the airport and the manager got my home address in London and posted them to me a week later! That's good customer service!

I would stay there again and recommend it to anyone who is going to Prague. Central location. Lovely staff.

Visit to Prague (Central Hotel info)

by smartzy

Dear all,

I am planning to visit Prague in Mid-February 2003. Can any one inform me some good hotels (5* or 4*) in the centre please? Are Hilton or Corinthia 2 stations far away? Any closer hotels? Any special rates?

Hoping to hear your soonest reply.

If you neen any info, help about Turkey, feel free to contact me at any time.

Ciao,

Ziya

If money isn't a problem the Intercontinetal is really central (less than 5 minutes walk from the main square) and a very nice hotel.

Yes indeed, i've been to the Intercontinental a few years ago.
Nice hotel, good facilities and close to the centre... (in fact it is in the centre :) )

Re: Re: Visit to Prague (Central Hotel info)

Thanx for the replies. Actually money is not the problem but do not want to pay almost a double of another 5* hotel. How is Hilton (rate Euro 101) or Corinthia Towers (rate Eur 75) compared to Intercontinental?

Hope to hear from you soon.

Ziya

A: "You validate it once and then it is good for the 24/72 hours on all public transport whether metro, bus or tram."
