 | Corinthia Panorama Hotel: The worst hotel I've ever been

We spent in Prague 4 days and 3 nights in this hotel, almost all the time we were walking in the Prague and tried not to spent mush time in this Hotel.
Actually, I don't know why this hotel has 4 stars.
I was there from December, 18 -December, 21. What can I say? I was disappointed.
Starting from the lobby where everyone smokes and smell is "wonderful" and if you come through lobby in order to exit or enter the hotel, don't have any doubt - you will smell like a cigarette.
Reception girls were not so helpful either, refused to call to some number where we should've been known about our flight time (it was charter). The concierge told us to call from the room in spite of the fact that it costs more than calling from the pay phone.
Rooms: there is a strong smell of soap in the room, our bathroom door started to rot, bath towels weren't so clean, with not pleasant smell, the same about bed linen. When I was in 4-star hotel in Switzerland, there was kettle in the room, which was a big advantage in winter weather, so I also expected the same from here, but, haven't got it.
The price for Internet is just irrelevant. they are too expensive.
Breakfast: not so tasty, you could have sausages, eggs, bread, muesli and tea.
Ending with your hotel leaving: if you want to leave your bag in their luggage room, you should pay 30Kc for each bag.

| Corinthia Panorama Hotel: Good choice, search for deals on booking websites

Hotel Corinthia Panorama is a large, mainly business or large groups, expensive rooms directly at hotel (EUR 170/room) but nice deals on bookings websites. We got a good offer and liked the offsite location for quietness and easy to reach from Vienna, parking places free of charge on streets (free parking zone). Hotel's private parking was EUR 17/day, if you like to keep it in.
Very decent rooms, almost the 4 stars advertised, good breakfast, sauna, small swimming pool, fitness room, last three on the top floor - providing a nice view (from the fitness and pool area). Very nice and helping staff (asked how can they help, provided a free city map, offered day tickets 100 korunas). ATM in the lobby (to take out cash korunas).
