the hotel esplanade is located near the train station in new town. this 5 star hotel has all the amenities that you would expect from a first class hotel. even though the hotel is very nice and safe it is located near a park that is a hang out of seedy characters. still a great location if you are arriving or departing prague by train. the hotel esplanade is an excellent value for the price.
This is a lovely hotel located just off Wenceslas Square, near the State Opera house.
Ask for Room 711 (double) or 712 (single) as they have balconies and fabulous panoramic views across Prague - particularly gorgeous at night when the castle is lit up!
Directions: Go to the top of Wenceslas Square on the left hand side where McDonalds is, follow the road to the left and the hotel is a couple of minutes walk along Washingtonova
