 | Prague Hostel U Melounu Pus Reviews | Tips 1 - 2 of 2 | | This hostel is amazing! It's in a good location--quiet street, close to the metro, definitely within walking distance of the main sights. The rooms are fairly large and very clean. Even the shared bathrooms stay clean throughout the day. The breakfast selection is pretty good. The receptionists are really great. They know a lot about the city and are very helpful when you ask them for anything. There is internet access (you get 30 minutes free if you book this hostel on their website) and a washer and dryer. I would definitely stay here again!
The courtyard is a fantastic place to meet other travellers, and to enjoy your meals outside. Leave a Comment |
As I don't often like to stay in hostels must say I was surprised by how clean, safe and friendly this one was. It's hidden in a quiet area some thirty minutes on foot from the town center or two metro stops from the Muzeum stop. We stayed for two nights in a double room sharing our bathroom with the room next door. we payed 1000 CZK for one night/room with breakfast. The hostel has a small breakfast/common room and a lovely small garden which can be really enjoyed in the summer. The breakfast is very basic, just some bread, soft cheese, jam and cake, tea, coffee or juice so for those who enjoy a hearty breakfast, like me, you might want to drop into one of Prague's many lovely cafes for a breakfast afterwards. From there following the instructions that you'll find on the hostels page. It's only a 5 min walk or so.Website: www.hostelumelounu.cz |
