The worst 4-star hotel you'll find
This has never been a 4-star hotel, and it probably will never be. Take a good look at the pictures, that's how it could have been, but the pictures are not for real. Take the picture of the restaurant for example, restaurant? what restaurant ? THERE IS NO RESTAURANT, these pictures are fake !
We arrived at night, on the stairs (there is no elevator), the only light was the emergency lighting, the bathroom was just 1.60 m square with the smallest and cheapest shower from a DIY store.
The breakfast buffet was such a disappointment, just some bread, some cheese, some salami, something warm and yoghurt, some cereals, that's it.
The location: 'attractive location overlooking all Prague', there's nothing attractive about the location, and they forget to mention that tall building across the street, blocking the view.
The parking lot behind the hotel, just 4 spaces, and you need a narrow car or you can't get to the parking lot.
It is cheap in every sense of the word.

Cozy little hotel at low price
Room was very clear, has an TV and a bathroom with shower. Between 8 and 12.00 rooms will be cleaned if you want.
Very delicious and rich selection of continental cuisine.
Only disadvantage: the hotel does neither have a bar nor a restaurant. Only breakfast is served in the morning from 7 to 10am.

answering the phone?
We did not stay here. We never received confirmation for the reservation and in numerous attempts by us and Expedia could not get anyone to answer the phone at this hotel. We cancelled and re-booked as we need a hotel where we can be reached in case of emergency.
