Be careful when checking out and paying the bill!!!!!
they did convert the room prize from Euro's into Czech Crowns with a very bad exchange rate.
It's not the actual rate u'd have when chaging money in a bank.

We booked this through LastMinute.com and got a very good rate. Although it is not right in the city centre, it is very easy to get around by metro or tram. There is shopping close by and the hotel itself is fabulous. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms a good size and beautifully decorated and the breakfast was second to none - everything anyone might want for breakfast was there!
Unique Quality: The bathroom was really lovely with a good sized shower (no flimsy shower curtain sticking to you!) and there were speakers in the ceiling so you could listen to the news while preparing for your day!
the hotel is very modern, rooms are excellent with TV & dvd player, bathroom is fantastic!
The hotel has a gym & sauna room in the basement!
The hotel bar is not overpriced!! 70 k for a beer is only old town prices!
It is a little out the way for walking, but just around the corner we would catch the number 12 tram to Charles Bridge for only 8k on the tram, or free most of the time.
Staff were all very courteous and most spoke English, so don't worry if your Czech isn't up to scratch!
Views aren't spectular but the inside of the whole hotel is fab anyway. Facilities and amenities were both ace.
We went on Valentine's weekend, so there were many couples but I can imagine it being perfect for business or pleasure. Very recommended.
Unique Quality: From the creator's of One Aldwych in London, UK - those of you who love stylish minimalism, staying in Andel's in Prague is a must. The hotel is a work in progress so expect some construction when you arrive, but it shouldn't really cause any problems.
The hotel is well situated with a cinema around the corner, a shopping centre just at the end of the road and tram, bus and metro stations all closeby. Although Andel's isn't in the centre of Prague, there are many bars and restaurants to keep you entertained.
Rooms are fully equipped with modems for internet access (laptop not included!), mini bar, seperate bath and shower and DVD/CD player! Staying in is the new going out at Andel's!
Buffet breakfast is included and is full of delights. The hotel also boosts a bar/restaurant and fitness centre with gym and sauna.
Check out the website. The photos are good but it's even better in real life. Trust me, when you arrive you'll think you've died and gone to heaven!
Directions: Take the metro to Andel station (on line B), take the exit for Smichov. Once you are out of the station, follow the road round left and take the first left. Andel's is just 2 mins walk from said station.
