Best location in Prague
Hotel Cerna Liska Prague is located just on the corner of Staromestske namesti (the Old Town Square). The house itself dates back to the 15th century. The Hotel has an extremely good restaurant and a wine bar in the cellar.

right in old town square
my friends stayed at this hotel and thoroughly enjoyed it. nice rooms, and extremely quiet considering their window opened to a small street.
Unique Quality: clean. comfortable. small. great customer service

are two of them. i HAVE seen the inside of a couple when friends have visited... hotel josef - posh. nice, simple, elegant. and my friend said great beds. very modern hotel hotel cerny slon (black elephant) - right in old town square, sweet rooms, more cosy marriott - it's a chain, so expect what you'd expect in any marriott chain
as i see more, i'll comment on them here briefly by looks

A very nice restaurant. Almost elegant. No dress code. I was in jeans, but I think I would dress a bit nicer. This is a hotel restaurant with a very good menu. If you want a very good meal in a peaceful atmosphere, you won't be dissapointed. I had a Boar dish that was excellent

Going to be in Prague for one night and one morning, what should i do during this short period. Clubbing at night and nice dinner and may be walking around early night. and recommendations concerning those.
The next day, got no clue what should i do before catching my plane.

Visit the Old Market Square, Charles Bridge and the Castle. Nobody should visit Prague and miss them!

Clubbing...RadostFX and perhaps Roxy. I didn't go but was recommended these 2 places when I was there. RadostFX is well known throughout Europe apparently. I went to a small local place Infinity getting off at Flora station I think where we had a great time. Locals a plenty.
Definately Charles Bridge and atop to the Castle is a must! The Old Town too if you can fit it in!!

What about karlovylazne?? it is too touristic but alot of choices as of 5 parts.
what did you personally experience as nightlife?
I'm thinking about RadostFX, ... but,,, i don't know still also touristic with alot of drunk guys and guys to gals ration of 5:1 :(
i'm a guy by the way, i just like to enjoy the real Czech crowds.
