Fun night at a Pargue Hotel

The hotel offers a low-budget accomodation, close to the Metro. Style-wise, you do get the value for your money. Yet one can expect to be awaken in the middle of the night by a loud chit-chat and laughter in Russian (as I once was) that - surprisingly! - involves the reception attendant. One would think the hotel staff would do their best to prevent such incidents from happening. But no, I had to come down from my room myself and calm the loiterers myself in their native language (I am a Russian). The staff apologized later explaining that there was nothing (!) he could do ("I could not ask them to leave, could I?"). I think the hotel has long way to go training their staff in basic hospitality skills. Right now, it is simply unacceptable.
