Incredibly cheap!
Hotel William is located in Prague Old Town, on the castle side of the river, where accomodations seemed to be cheaper. We did not expect to spend an extra night in Prague and our hotel was fully booked on New Year's Day, the Tourist Office was closed, so we decided to walk in some hotels on our way. Hotel William seemed much more expensive than the hotels we usually choose, but we decided to have a go after several negative answers. Surprisingly, there were 2 rooms left, at a very reasonable price and we stopped there. Rooms are very small but clean and welcoming: we felt like home above all when it started snowing outside and we were warm looking at snowflakes from our bed!
Breakfast is rich and tasty, and the staff is very friendly.

Nice hotel in centre of Prague
The best part was the Buffet breakfast,just help yourself to as much as you like to eat and drink.Choose from cereals ,yoghurt,bread slices and rolls,cakes ,pastries,cheeses,ham,sausages and more other.
In hotel was very friendly staff. We was great hollyday in you hotel, thank you so much.
Unique Quality: A new elegant hotel in the historical center of Prague is just a few steps far from the Charle's Bridge. The hotel also offers secure car parking fot its guests.

Very nice hotel
Me and my friend stayed at the hotel for 4 days. We have nothing, absolute nothing to complain about. everything was good, the personal were nice, helpful and polite. the breakfast was good, the location was perfect, our room was nice A+ to that hotel. I have all ready recomended it to my mom and dad...

Very nice hotel in Centre City of Prague
The room was very clean and well presented with adequate storage space. The bathroom was particularly nice and very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. The breakfast was exceptional both in quality and quantity. The decor in the hotel, especially the dining room was very well done. It was a romantic atmosphere. We really enjoyed our visit to your hotel and of course your very beautiful city. We shall come again and we shall be using the hotel william next time. We were also able to book the return trip and this was also very reliable.

Central location
This was 5 minutes at best from Charles bridge
in what is the nicer side of the bridge on the castle site
about 2 min from the church of victorias where the child of prague is
breakfast 7 -10 continental breakfast buffet which was fine
u pay 100 kroners a night for the security box, and 500 deposit
which is handy
Unique Quality: our view was on to a side street but there is also a view onto a garden supposedly be nicer
however since all u do is sleep there u get over it

Fatty Owls?
Good value hotel - if a little quirky! Pleasant, newly refurbished rooms, breakfast buffet quite acceptable but the lift, some of the decor and a little of the service seem to be genuine 1960's Prague which adds to the charm.
The pub in the basement is good to (really cheap beer and very ethnic - i.e. no tourists)- though nothing to do with the hotel.
Long way from the metro but the tram stops outside the door and its less than 5 mins walk from Charles Bridge - excellent location.
