Never ever stay here - the staff could not care less about you and are very rude. There is no security in the hotel. No security guards or security cameras. Our room was forced open and our lap tops were stolen and the staff could not care less. My friend who was staying with me was in fact yelled at. They were least concerned and just did not care. They did not even have a manager we could speak to about our problems. After much yelling - Suzanne a receptionist was sent to deal with us.
Apart from our lap tops being stolen - Rooms were not made up. Bathroom drainage is a huge problem and over all we had a very unpleasant experience. For a Hotel which claims to be a 4 Star - this is just not acceptable - not for the prices one has paid.
Pls never ever stay here.
This is a nice hotel, with comfortable rooms. It is located close to the city's historical center, Prague Castle and the Old Town. It is in the immediate neighborhood of the Trade-fair Palace, home of the Prague National Gallery's Centre of Modern Art.-
Unique Quality: It has considerably large rooms, with a great view.Itsa situated in the peacefull oart of the city but u can go to the city center just taking one tram.U don't have to change tram.+the trams part just from the front of the hotel.
I loved it comparing to the other hotels accross the europe which they have narrow rooms and disaster breakfast buffet.
It has also a casino.
