The staff was great. Very friendly, service oriented, and helpful in every aspect. I stayed 10 days 9 nights. Breakfast was included but was the same every morning, and was not all that good especially the runny scrambled eggs. The room was small with a king sized bed, not enough closet space, and the maid staff would forget essentials everyday( wash cloths, robes, soap etc.)
For the money I was not impressed and booked the Hotel based upon reviews online, I am giviing an honest one. The hotel is modern and looks great inside and out. A quick tram and Metro ride to the shopping area was great. Other than that if your a home body and like to stay in Hotels this one is not for you, if it is just for a shower, nap between walks, and to sleep. It was fine. Just remember to ask the Maids in the morning to restock your essentials. NOTE- There was an abundance of business groups as well as senior tour groups.
Not a Hotel for a romantic trip. For that I recommend Old Town, The City Center.
A Modern hotel, which lacks the old world charm of the city. Fitness facility, Conference hall. No views, No Pool.
