 | Residence Bila Kuzelka Prague: Budget accomodation at a superb location

When you travel with a small child it is never easy find suitable accomodation. If you stay outside the centre you have to commute: by the time you get there, you have to start looking for a place to feed. On the other hand, in the centre it is both noisy and expensive. So booking our accomodation I did not set big hopes. Well, Bila Kuzelka has met our expectations and more. It is located about 50m from Charles bridge and at the same time it is one of the quietests accomodations I've ever had. BK is a charming little pension with some dozen rooms, located in a historical building. The rooms are spacious, in fact, ours had a tiny extra room (does this make it a suite?), which was just perfect for our baby. The building has been renovated recently, the style... about 90% ok. The beds are comfortable, the breakfast is the usual stuff. The restaurant is recommended! You get simple Czech food with Czech beer - but that is exactly what you want to get in Prague, right? The food is delicious and prices are more than affordable. The selection is not much, but then again you do not have to dine here every day, and besides, you will not mind the have the same twice, either, if you stay long.
Perfect location, low price, good "pivovar".
