Horrible!!!
It was dirty, stench, nothing to eat at breakfast, no hot water, and the bed collapsed!!!

A really bad experience
We came to Prague full of high expectations. And then, we enter the reception of this hotel we booked on Internet. And the clerk didn't bother to turn to us for about 3-4 minutes. Then eventually we got the key, but the room was a mess, not beeing cleaned after the previous ocupants. We managed (with dificulty) to tell this to the reception clerk (the lady didn't speak English and we didn't speak German) and we had to wait half an hour to finally enter the room.
To be honest, next day there was also a lady clerk who knew how to do her job (and she also could speak very good English). Unfortunately, this was not enough to clean the bad impression the hotel made to us.
When one ask 85 euros per night, one could at least say hello when the guests enter the hotel...
