the tradition in CZ is to have the men whip you with sticks called pomlaska, if you visit during Easter time it is the most interesting thing to watch, some tourist freak out when their czech friend starts to do it but its more of a playful thing!
Crossbow Lessons!!
by Sagespot
Ya gotta love it when you come across a creepy little man in the top of Golden Lane in Prague Castle, that wants to teach you to shoot a crossbow!
Once inside Prague Castle, go in the door at the top of the hill of Golden Lane. Go up the stairs and turn right - then walk down a super long hallway, admiring the weapons on display as you pass and at the very end you will find the creeply little man and his crossbows.
Have fun!
Fortress Ruins
by bpwillet
There are ruins of the 10th century fortress still visible on the Vysehrad grounds. The Royal apartment foundations are still visible near the Vysehrad Gallery. Some of the ruins have been incorporated into present day structures but it does give you the impression of why this hill was used as the ruling seat of Prague.
Take a look at the ruins on the other side of the gallery.
