Is there any transport from Oberwiesenthal? This place is at Saxony of Germany, very close to the border with Czech.
And do you know the frequency?

it is actually very complicated to get from Oberwiesenthal to Karlovy Vary:
Oberwiesenthal - Cranzahl 8:30 - 9:23
Cranzahl - Vejprty 9:31 - 9:47
Vejprty - Chomutov 9:50 - 11:22
Chomutov - Karlovy Vary 11:46 - 12:50
So, as you see those 145 km is beeing done in more than 4 hours. Better to take car.

Watch out for the lovely places and nice architecture around the castle-hill of Karlovy Vary / Karlsbad.
Obviously every little space is used for a building, a palmtree or anything else to make finally a cosy athmosphere, only to be found in a famous spa like Kalsbad.
It is one of the advantages of Karlovy vary, that theses buildings may be seen ( and pics taken )from a distance easily, as the river devides the street and guarantees a big distance between the buildings.
Founded on 14th century by the Czech King & Roman Emperor Charles IV, Karlovy Vary have hosted royal figures, famous composers, artists, scientists, politicians, sportsman & aristocrats from around the world, e.g. Peter the Great, J.W. Goethe, A. Dvor~ak, N. Paganini, S. Freud, families of Rockefeller & Rothschild, and many more.
