I liked Karlovy Vary very much!
There are many beautiful bridges above the Karlsbad town canal. I and my friend decided to accomplosh tourist tradition - to fling coins into the water. Who knows maybe someday we will return to Karlovy Vary.
Behind the ugly communist building, hotel Thermal, there are stairs that will take you up to a swimming pool… Pool has a great view over the town and is perfect for killing couple of hours drinking cool beer and working on your tan.
Plus it is cool because it has maintained it communist era looks… pay attention to the interior of the bar… really in!
This building is opposite the main post-office and in the centre of the park, where you see the lovely flower-arrangement that includes the date of your stay arranged by flowers. It is a pity I did not have the time for a closer look, as my parking-meter expired too quickly and I had to run in order not to be fined...
First stop in Czech....like so many before and after us...
We were ever so glad to be out of the bus, I hardly gave myself the time to have a proper look around.
Just got some photographs and they are not even the most typical shots....I do remember I tried to memorize the name of the person shown on this buste but it has been more then 20 years!
