The Penzion UNO is by far the best place to stay in Zlin. They are located in a quite residential neighborhood that is still close walking distance to city center, shopping, dinning, and hiking. The Penzion UNO is family owned and operated so you are sure to receive great hospitality and comfort. Traveling from the U.S.A. was made easy with the Penzion UNO. Hana, the one who runs the Penzion, speaks very good English and will go out of her way to help you in any way she can. They offer free High-Speed internet (Wi-Fi), Satellite TV with tons of English, Italian, Czech, etc. channels, air conditioning, fridge, microwaves and kettles (in some rooms), shower/tub, apartment (one available), lounge chairs (or couch) in each room, and a great breakfast prepared every morning for you.

They are opening a restaurant (September 2011) to better serve their guests. They also provide laundry service, taxi service, car rental, cell phone rental - you name it, they try to accommodate it. They have truly become our only place to stay in Zlin - we would not stay anywhere else. They are like family to us after staying there 3 times before.

Unique Quality: Great hospitality, very helpful, clean rooms, great accommodations, satellite tv, alarm clock, fridge, seating, shower/tub, air conditioning, quite neighborhood.
