Planning a trip & looking for relatives
by Jesterr67
I am from Canada and am planning a trip with my partner to the area. I have extended family there somewhere, but I'm having difficulty finding them. Is there anyone who can honestly help me find living relatives in the area?

what is the family name of your relatives there?

Last name is Rasmussen, but I understand I have living relatives named Knud and Tina Pedersen. Tina is the daughter of John and Aage Rasmussen.

Looking for relatives in Denmark it could be productive to contact the Danish church , as they are the ones that keeps record of all baptisms and marriages.
Link to the church: folkekirken@folkekirken.dk
Good luck Allan

Whilst walking through a rural town i came across a house that exemplified Danish style and architecture in the late 19th century. This home was not built for style but rather due to lack of materials. Because wood is scarce in Danmark filling needed to be used to fill in the gaps between. The straw roof is also typical of Scandanavian countries
A bit more relaxed here

I was a bit tempted to not put the attached photo here for fear of offending. But I guess I decided that a little statement won't do harm. Equality of the sexes and liberation is more accepted here, and billboards to attract the opposite sex are not quite so frowned-upon. It's not just about selling stuff but about female empowerment and beauty. Hmmm.
Packing List

This suite is one for going into a fire. So it keep the heat from your skin. Its also needed when you have to weat the special suite for going into a think called pure ammonia. You have to wear it under your special suite. This suite alone is not enough to go into a pure ammonia alarm, cause ammonia is very, very bad for your skin and if you breath it in you possion your self and die.

If you look very close you can see the blue bag on the rightside of the picture. And its not that flat anymore, its fulling up with the pure ammonia....the two fireman are even harder to see then at first.
Åboulevarden
by Rupanworld
Åboulevarden is said to be the most beautiful street in Århus and so it seemed to me as well. It is a street by the side of a small river-canal that goes until the harbour. There are numerous posh shops, cafes and galleries on both sides of this street. For those visiting the city, a leisurely stroll by this boulevard, preferably at night when it is well lit up, is recommended. This is also the favorite boulevard of the local people here and therefore a great place to meet the locals.
