Not bad if u got a good rate
We stay 75€ for 2 person without breakfast, if u can give a good rate, nicely hotel. Attention: 1 side of hotel on the rail way.
City center just 10 minute with bus (1B or 15).

Noisy Location
Since I'm living in Copenhagen I haven't had the need to stay in a hotel, but I have seen a lot of them around and can comment on locations and appearance. While the location of this hotel is great in relation to seeing the city (walking distance to Little Mermaid, Amalienborg) it is also right next to a busy train station. The Osterport station services a lot of trains in and around Copenhagen which means the noise is pretty constant. The trains stop running around 12:30 or so and start again at either 5:00 or 6:00 depending on the day. So if these hours don't bother you go for it, otherwise you may not get the best nights sleep.

1st Impression:
It very comfort and stylish.
Typically scandinavian interior, and breakfast having cold meat and pastry.
Unique Quality: Internet is free of charge.!
And 2 minutes walk to train station.

As hotel, it is probably OK since it is in the Comfort hotel chain which has a good reputation.
As for the location, there are more central hotels and it can be a bit boring to walk back from some of the sights as there is not much more than a park and railway along the way (or you have to make a detour around the lake area), but it IS central still and walkable. There is also a local train station near the hotel if you get around by public transport. The area itself is nice (it is the major embassy district and as I said, near the lake area with some nice cafes)...It all depends on what you want to see and do in the city.

comfort hotel østerport often has extremely good rates that are worth going for.
charlottas info was very correct and i would say it's not a bad place to stay if you get a good offer from them.

It will be my first time in Copenhagen, i have no idea about transportation. Could u give me some clou like how is the transportation after midnight between the city center and the comfort hotel? is it too far and is it too expensive with taxi.

you have night busses running the whole night and a taxi from the center should cost you around 8-10 euro's.
