Gay Hotel Copenhagen
The oldest gay hotel in Copenhagen.
Their quote in December 2006 was: single rooms available for 425 DKK (59 euro) per night incl. breakfast. Showers and toilets are shared and located in the hallway.

Good budget hotel in a very central location.
Hotel Windsor is a small budget hotel located right by Norreport station and next to to Torvehallerne which is the new place to go shopping for gourmet food i Copenhagen.
The place is a simple little hotel, but it has had a good facelift in the past couple of years and the rooms are nice and clean and there is a nice little common area too.
The rooms are without ensuite bathroom though, so you should be prepared for that, but everything else is really good for a budget hotel in that range.
Breakfast is included and is better than most other hotels in that price range.
Hotel Windsor was formerly a gay hotel and you might see it mentioned as such, but while gays are still very welcome there, it's not a pure gay hotel anymore, but attracts a wide variety of budget travellers.
Also be ware that the reception is on the third floor and you have no elevators, so you need to climb a few stairs.
I have stayed there many times and come back every so often when i am going through Copenhagen.
