I chose this hotel because all info said that it was very close to central station, and as a single woman staying alone for one night & arriving from the airport quite late, I did not want to be searching for the hotel in the dark. No directions had been issued by the hotel other than 'within 100 yards of Central Station'. Arriving when I did, some of the station doors were locked and I could only exit one of them. I couldnt see the hotel, although I could see a number of other ones. There were a number of unsavoury looking characters hanging around on the street. I asked a couple of people, they had never heard of the hotel. I went into 3 different hotels and asked the concierge, they couldnt or wouldnt help. I phone home to UK, and got a friend to find me the hotel phone number from the internet. Then I phoned the hotel. They stated that they could not give me directions because they didn't know where I was. I said I was outside central station and looking at the plaza, they still couldnt help me because they didn't know where I was! Took me half an hour in the dark and pouring rain, then when I arrived they didnt have me registered even though I had paid before I went. Very unhelpful staff and uncaring about their customers. Don't touch this one!

My stay was largely ordinary,BUT my first impression of my room was that it was V V small, the TV didn't work (although they sorted it right away),and the shower area was TINY and rather grubby and cheap, although it did work ok. Whilst the reception staff were fine, the pay phones didn't work in the hotel either,so I used a pay phone in the street instead. Breakfast was good and plentiful, and the room although small was warm and dry,but with little privacy as other rooms looked right into mine,so I spent most of my time with the curtains half drawn. So an OK Hotel which is close to Copenhagen H. Price per night when I visited was 625DKK,which is about £62 pounds a night, breakfast was extra.
