Without a doubt, Nimb is the best hotel in Copenhagen. It is housed in a palace that was built as part of Tivoli Gardens, in a style decidedly Indo-Saracenic. The palace is known best for its excellent restaurants, and many may not even know that there are 14 luxury suites on the upper floor. Rooms are spacious and most comfortable, and are decorated in old country style, which gives the warm feeling of being in the countryside (yes, the rooms come with a fireplace!). I would stay here again and again, but unfortunately it comes at a steep price, probably the most expensive in Copenhagen. Luckily I was here on business (but only for one night in Sep 2012).
