There are Various Rental Sites on the Net: Rent A Cottage!

The best local renting agency is:

Bork Havn Feriehusudlejnung

-- the prices tend to be competitive

A small agency

The "usual suspects"

A nice Danish sommerhus is a wonderful thing -- rent with 3 or 4 friends and just forget time. They are completely equipped for your self-catering stay, although towels, duvets, sheets etc. usually aren't provided (different from the British Isles)
Many houses have a Sauna, some even a small indoor swimming pool.

Prices are very high, during main season and German holidays (July/Mid-August), but very reasonable outside of season. Try not to rent around New Year and Easter holidays, it's become almost a custom for Northern German students to head for Denmark -- prices are accordingly high, and more and more landlords write "families only" into their brochures ;-)

Make sure that you rent a house with more space than necessary -- especially the bedrooms tend to be quite small. So, for a party of 4 persons, renting a 6-person or 8-person house is not a bad idea at all!

Price guide for a relatively modern 6-person house, sauna, no swimming pool:

Peak Season -- anywhere from 600 to 1500 EUR
Side Season -- 350 - 700 EUR
Off Season -- 250 -- 600 EUR
