Excellent from all points of view

Tallink is one of the biggest company in Estonia, owning ships (for cruises on the Baltic Sea), hotels, power plants and a taxi company).
I'm appreciating my stay at the Tallink Spa & Conference Hotel, I feel like home.
Rooms are clean and comfortable, the restaurant is excellent, breakfast is very rich, and the SPA is simply perfect and not crowded.
The staff is friendly and very helpful.

Unique Quality: Internal SPA to relax even after a hard day at work!

    oh, that aqua spa!!!

The Tallink Spa & Conference Hotel is a 4 stars hotel located a few hundred metres away from where the ferry from helsinki arrives. It's not in the old town, but you can walk there in 5 minutes. The hotel is quiet large and has many amenities, including a large spa (with pool-bar),a beauty center, a cigar bar and a restaurant: DO stay away from the restaurant, though... with its long communal tables it has the feeling of a factory canteen, especially at breakfast time.

Unique Quality: We chose this hotel because of its huge Aqua Spa in the lobby and enjoyed it very much. Roomwise we were not that impressed: the standard room we had booked was pretty small: with a baby cot in it, it was really cramped - so we decided to upgrade to a deluxe room. This was much roomier and had two comfy sofas.

Directions: behind the sadama market, near the ferry port

It's more like a factory than a hotel. Travelers are just like objects, not human. The staff was rude and unpolite. The breakfast room was overcrowded. Noise from other rooms and corridors. The breakfast was good. The spa was good.
