 | Estonia Reviews | Tips 31 - 40 of 70 | | i haven´t spend my nigts stiil on them but i can quarantee that they are really good..depends what you choose, if place like campcround, then you have the fireplace, even some woods already ready to burn, toilets, places where to sleep under..usually there is no drinking water but if you are like near bogs or swamps then water is very clean and you can drink it... you should have your own equipment(tent, sleepingbag, madrasses)because usually you cannot rent them in the campsides. and stayeing in campsides is usually free. Usually food beside accomondation(bed and breakfast) is very good..it can be various..sometimes swedish table(yogurt, cheese, sausages, bread...) or more homemade(different kind of borrages also beside swedish table)
usually places where you could have accomondations..afford also possibilities or info about, hiking, fishing, canoeing, hunting .....and about neighbourhood sightseeings. In Estonia we have still very many places where nature is almost non-touched..and every-thing is very natural..and clear.. About 200 km east of Tallinn bordering to Russia is the Peipus Lake. At the northern end you can find the cheapest campground I found on my trip around the Baltic Sea. It was very clean and had a water closet. It costed 0.95 Euro a night only.
The bar offers a remarkable collection of wines. Beer and non-alcoholic drinks are also available for less money. I highly recommend to taste the fish soup! The soup is made of self-fished salmons! Delicious!! Leave a Comment

Well, my friend and I are students and we have to save money wherever we can. When possible we spend the night in the wilderness. On Muhu, a small island east of Saaremaa, we found a cozy place in the woods. I do not know if this is allowed - so don't see this as a tip, just as an alternative. On the Isalnd Saaremaa you may stay in small wood houses in the forest. They are very lovely made. You can see the signs for bed on the road, and when you go there it is either a hotel, or one of these houses. Some of them are for free, and for others you have to pay. A man will come in the morning and you have to pay for the nights you have been there. It is really good to go there.
It is nature life. Often you can make a fire, sit around and have a couple of quiet beers, which is really cool. I think it might be boring to go there alone, but in a small group it is the best place to stay in Estonia. Wow, this place is literally steps from the hottest clubs and cafes in the city….the staff is super nice—which is important when you are an American of color there…really clean and bathroom with super pressure…nice…real nice….had a mini-bar which I stocked with vodka from the 24 hour liquor store across the street…that move offset any addition cost of the hotel over hostels Leave a Comment Theme: HotelPrice: US$120-180 » Currency ConverterComparison: about averageAddress: 10 Suur-Karja StreetDirections: middle of Old Town

Rent a cottage for your accomodation in Estonia There are about 40 lovely cottages in many places all over the Estonia for renting (by a Latvian agency), which are very nice and not expensive. Take a look about it. Write the site address; in the home page you must select “Accomodation” and you can see “ACCOMODATION in Estonia” just in the button of that page; Click there and see the photos, location and the prices. This little explanation is because it’s hard to find cottages in Estonia as this site is from Latvia and has lots of options for Latvian places. After all, you don’t see any reference to another country in the home page of this site. . Very pleasant small hotel (23 rooms) right in the Old Town. Room was quite spacious and clean. A very basic, complimentary buffet breakfast is served in the lobby; there's also a small bar when you can pick up a drink before retiring for the night. They provide 24 hour security..during the day, there's a guard at the enterance. At night, you may have to buzz to be let in. Unfortunately, I did not work up the courage to experience this, but there's a sauna available on the top floor!
