    Best is to stay in Rakvere or in Tallinn, begause they are quit near to Toolse and I didn?t find any hotels there. It is just so little place.
    There are some campings but usualy they are full, so better don?t count on them.
    But if you realy want to stay there, then the tent is the best chois.
