Promenaadi Hotell
A good fifteen minutes walk from the bus station but well worth it. It's in a beautiful place, right on the sea front. Ask for an upstairs room and you have a balcony too. Good size rooms and a huge bed! Breakfast is excellent so is the restaurant, I'll come to that later though!
Unique Quality: I'll put some more photos of the view from our room on a t'logue!

Unique Quality: Train hostel!!! For as cheap as ~7€, one can have its own compartment! Probably the cheapest way to stay overnight in Haapsalu.
