The House of Art is located near the monastery complex “Saint George” near the village Knezino, which is at approximately 3 – 4 km distance from the town.
There is an asphalt road leading to the House which passes by the catering facility Krusino and the monastery complex “Saint George”. The place is ideal for nature lovers. Therefore, it is not surprising that the House of Art is often a host of seminars, workshops and other events.
There is an annual traditional international art colony taking place in the House of Art, with many artists form the country and abroad. The House of Art is the property of the joint stock company “Tajmiste” under whose patronage this art event is held. The artists who participate in the art colony are provided with ideal conditions for work in a natural surrounding and in a building which is the pride of Kicevo’s citizens. Their works during the two-week stay in the House of Art and afterwards, can be seen by the art lovers in the town and this event promotes Kicevo as a town
