I stayed here frequently
This was the hotel I stayed at the most whenever I visited Skopje. It's centrally located, reasonably priced, the rooms are comfortable, and they have a terrific breakfast buffet.
Unique Quality: There's both a casino and a restaurant attached to the hotel.

Once the Grand Hotel ...
The former "Grand Hotel" has been completely renovated. It is located on the edge of the city center next to the river. You can make reservations on the Holiday Inn & Resorts webpage.
