Nice small hotel in green area of Skopje
Very clean, warm, private-owned hotel in quiet part of Skopje.
Service is excellent - breakfast will be served in your room (both with table) - you can arrange different type of meal (afternoon or evening before, or so).
Taxi drivers will know how to find it but local ppl will not.
Taxi prices to downtown: 1,5 EUR; to the airport: 15 EUR.
It takes ~15 minutes walking to downtown (down the hill).
You can use stairs as shortcuts to reach main street.

Clean and bright, reasonable price
I was happy with my stay here. The room (I had the yellow one) was large and light, with a huge window looking out onto trees, and I slept well. The shower room seemed very clean, and although there wasn't any breakfast in the hotel (you could walk a short distance down the road to a cafe though), there was an electric kettle with coffee or tea making equipment on the table next to the television. The air-condioner worked well and didn't make an undue noise. The lady behind the reception desk is extremely helpful, and speaks English.
The only disadvantage with the hotel is that it's a bit out of the town centre - a little over a kilometre, I'd say - which doesn't mean it's expensive to get there (taxis aren't expensive in Skopje), but that taxi-drivers often don't know exactly where it is. So make a note a) of the address and b) of the telephone number, so that if the taxi gets in a muddle he can call the hotel and get proper directions. For somebody wanting a quiet night, away from the traffic, not being quite in the centre may well be an advantage.
