Cheap, Clean, Downtown
Wonderfully located nearly immediately on the central square of Skopje (near Stone Bridge), Hotel Jadran is a good find! This hotel is truly Balkan with cathedral ceilings, bizarre wood work, large rooms, ancient amenities, and tall windows! Though the rooms are a bit run-down, the Hotel Jadran offers its guests a GREAT location for a great price. There are also a few free parking spaces (otherwise drivers have to pay 0.50 Euro cents per hour to park).
Staff are very friendly, but don't believe them when they tell you that the breakfast (included) is "good" -- it isn't.
Consider Hotel Jadran the next time you find yourself in Skopje.
