There is no accommodation on Kunoy - so you'll need to stay elsewhere. (You won't be able to camp either, wild camping is forbidden in the Faroe Islands)
To be honest though it's such a small place you can see it all in a morning or afternoon so there's really no need to stay. Far better off in the relative metropolis of Klaksvik.
