Sokos Hotel
You do not really need hotel in Hämeenlinna unless you stay for a very late evening program as it is only one hour from Helsinki and you can always take the late train back to civilization. However, once I did stay in this hotel Sokos Vaakuna which is rather old and not even close to the city centre, it felt like being back in time like Finland used to be back in the 80's.
