The hotel is located in a peaceful residential area, even though it just happens to be next to the main road #3. Good connections: 10 min walk to commuter train stop, bus stop by the hotel, 15 minutes from the airport by car. 15-30 min from the mid-town (Kamppi).
The restaurant has excellent price/quality ratio; not Gourmet, but still good.
The hotel is run by the educational Haaga institute, which has for examples Degree Programme in Hotel, Restaurant and Tourism Management. The staff consist partly of trainees and students, who have the enthusiasisim of the young :-)
