    Residential apartment

    by

    Pros:
    Good location.
    Friendly staff.
Modern, comfortable apartments equiped witheverything you could need to make your stay pleasant and home-like.
    Nice, safe neighbourhood.
Close to essentail shops - supermarket, chemist etc...

    Cons:
The family suite consisted of a double sofa bed for the children and a ridiculously high rise bed for the adults. The high rise had a steep ladder and I felt uncomfortable clambeering up and down it in the dark and half asleep! If you were pregnant or not so physically able - this could be a problem. Check first (the staff always responded swiftly to any emails I sent them).

Check in is late - 3pm. This was not altered for us, despite the fact we sailed from St. Petersburg and arrived at 8am. We were allowed to store luggage in their offices BUT their offices do not open until 10am and are not open at weekends!

Despite the late check-in (due to cleaners) there was somebody's hair bands underneath the sofa bed (the floor has clearly not be cleaned. Also there were hairs in the shower. Despite this I would consider and describe the apartment to be clean.

Also, despite the cleaners/late check in, you are required to take ALL rubbish out of the apartment and place it in the communal rubbish bins in the courtyard. You are also expected to strip all beds and leave the dirty laundry and towels in the entranceway.

There is a ridiculously long list of rules and regulations to sign and there are VERY high charges if you breach them. Eg lost keys or leaving them in your room = 500 euros.

Our apartment block was very quiet but our friend who was in the apartment block next door (also in an apartment with CityKoti) suered very noisy neighbours and didn't get much sleep! Luck of the draw!

The family studio, for 3 nights cost 327 euros.
