Was OK. Nothing wrong as such but nothing special. I had good sleep but my friend said he heard trains during the night. Is not a nice area to walk through at night, or even in daylight (was a beggar nearby walking around with his trousers round his ankles).
Hotel staff very, very friendly. Watch the lift doors, they open like normal doors ie dont slide open.
Directions: From docks, walk to big white cathedral; walk past (left hand side as facing) +keep going for few mile, over bridge and past the hilton, past the fire station and into a relatively run down area. Hotel next to Irish bar and Thai massage place. Classy.
