    Arrived in Helsinki without hotel reservation , called in at tourist office in city centre, a given address of Holiday Inn, told it was a little way out of city. Easy to get to by Metro. It was new only opened a few months so everything was A1.

    This was a hotel with very friendly service, great bf and refurbished room. About the location.. While the Crowne Plaza, Kamp, Holiday Inn-Centre and others are in the city centre, this has super breakfast, great service and access to the fair centre.

    It is located in the Pasila area, 1 train stop away from the main train station (5 minute walk to the Pasila station, and then 5 minute train to the city with all the shops etc). It's a business location, and gets very quiet at nights/weekends.
