There is a Finnair city bus directly from Helsinki-Vantaa airport to the hotel. The fare is 5,20 and the journey takes around 30-35mins. It is the best way to get to this hotel from airport. The bus also goes via a couple of other hotels as well before reaching Elielinaukio, where the Holiday Inn is located.
The rooms are clean and classy. The plastic key cards are needed in elevators, opening your room door as well as opening the front door at night time. So, take your key-card with you when you go out...
I did not take any photos as their netpages provide plenty of them.
Hair- and bodyshampoo are provided by hotel as well as towels.
The breakfast selection was not huge but there were enough selection: yoghurd, porridge, coffee, tea, rolls, ham, cheese, some fruits, sallad, pancakes etc.
For me a unique quality was the fact that every room is provited with Internet connection, 6 euros / hour.
There is a keyboard on the table and the TV works as screen! It is possible to get the connection with your own laptop as well for free.
