Great Location
We arrived in town after a long drive and wanted somewhere overlooking the sea. A guidebook of independent Finish hotels showed the Palace on the waterfront so we drove up to the door and managed to get a room at what seemed like a very good price.
We were surprised like most I expect to find the hotel only occupies the 9th floor for rooms and is really quite small. The rooftop bar on the 11th floor was in our opinion better than the one at the Hotel Torni. We managed to pick up some food from the tea time buffet and the buffet breakfast in the morning was as good as most we had in Finland.
Next time we will book ahead and get a sea view room despite the extra cost.

Q: Do busses run to the airport 24/7? If not, what time do they start? "I need to get to the airport by 6 AM on Sunday (so I probably need to get on the bus around 5:30 AM), will the 615 or the Finnair..."
