I just heard that this is great hotel!
My friend just told me, that this hotel i s great for the price and for the location. And staff is friendly. I have lived here since 1994, and I had never heard from this before!
And I noticed, that it isn´t at Tampere-hotel-list here either. Even if I´m an editor, I can´t do anyhting for the hotel-list, witch is too bad. There are hotels witch aren´t here anymore, and many hotels missing!
Unique Quality: Friendly and small, not too far from the centre.

Summer accomodation
There´s only one hostel here now,Hostel Sofia( I believe it´s owned by YNCE).It´s at my hotel-tips.
I have listed all cheap-hotels,so you´ll find them all here.

If you come on summer,there´s of course camping,they have also summerhotel at there.It´s students apartments witch are not used at summer for them.

It comes with a toaster
Because the private rooms in the hostels were all taken, we ended up staying at the Homeland Oy, which is a 10-15-minute walk from the city centre and most attractions. The presence of a small refrigerator and toaster in our room, and of a supermarket nearby, allowed us to make our own breakfast, which was a change from the buffet breakfasts we had on the rest of the trip.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The receptionist even took the time to go down to the laundry room with us to explain how the washing machines worked.
