Vantaa is located just to the north of Helsinki. It is like a suburb of Helsinki. Most of the people who live in Vantaa work in Helsinki, shopping in Helsinki and going out in Helsinki.

Vantaa is a large area city that actually made of many villages gathered together as municipality. There are still many old farms and fields around and some people here still living from agriculture.
Our row house is locating in the mid city of Vantaa, in the village named "Tikkurila". We have both front and back-gardens and a nice two storage row-house (100m2). In the garden we can barbegue etc. All shopping centers and other "services" are also very near. Practical railways is locating 700 m away, if you wish to visit Helsinki capital city of Finland. Helsinki/Vantaa Airport is only 7 km away from Tikkurila. INFO !: If you wish to save time - you can drive via Tikkurila to a.m. airport wo. driving first to Helsinki.
