Wanhat wehkeet: Nice little hotel

There´s a nice hotel at museum of old cars also.They also rent a cottage.It´s not at walking distance of the centre,but if you don´t mind,this is much newer and at better condition than the hotel at the centre.I haven´t slept there,because my parents live in Karstula,but they have seen it,and said it´s really nice.
There´s also littöe swimming pool,that car-museum,museum with old radios and cameras.Permanent exhibition telling about 1000 lakes rally in Finland,exhibition about the history of Honkarakenne-worlds biggest log-house factory(witch is still at Karstula) and many things planning all the time.At summer they have popular summere-theather.If you are a Finn,you might get interested on it because of the actors from "Salkkarit" ;) (a Finnish soap-opera..)

Bar Agave: Center

This is hotel owned by same owners as the restaurant Bar Agave. It is very cenral,and at weekends you are just above the nightclub. It debends on you, if this is a good thing or not ;)
Last time I heard,the rooms very little aged.

Karstula´s only nightclub at same house.

Iso Mies (Big man): Caravans and some cottages

I haven´t been here for a night,but I know this is well kept,and has some cottages,and a pub and swimming-area.It is by a lake,and it is 3 star camping.It´s not very old.I think it was build in 1990´s.

Good condition of everything,nice place near lake

Matkailutila Lehtomäki: Real country-side accomodation

We had our wedding here,and we also spent our wedding-night here.This place is very lovely and romantic,and owners are allways in good mood and smiling.This is far from center,but most tourist come to Karstula by own car,so I definetelly would choose this one for accomodation,if I would need one(I stay with my parents usually,so I don´t need).
They have rooms in old buildings,it´s like going back in time.This is wonderful place.
I checked their web-site,and they said that they speak German and Swedish,so I´m not sure about English.

You are in true Finnish country-side,and sleep in rooms witch take you back in time!Prices about 30e per person.
