In 2007 I stayed again in the Ounaskosken camping, great place, great location by the river and close to the centre of the city. All the facilities are clean and great.
But check out other options as well, in 2006 when in Rovaniemi I got hotel offer for double room with sauna and breakfast for two for the price of two nights in a tent, so it was surely worth to take the hotel.
